Challenge : Let’s get all touchy-feely!

Hi all!

Thanks for joining us for another challenge! Things are a bit back to front this week so we’ll be bringing the winners of our previous challenge tomorrow.. but for now lets get all touchy-feely shall we?!

Now before you run for the hills bear with us because this challenge is all about using texture on your cards. You can really think outside the box for this one! Think how many ways there are to add that bit of extra dimension and ‘touchy-feeliness’ on your creation!

I recently treated myself to a few more colours of Bakers Twine so decided to use it as a tree top helped along by PTI’s Trendy Tree Tops set:

I think I channeled my “inner Aimes” for this one!!  Very CAS isn’t it??  I am rediscovering my love of chunky glitter at the moment too and with gold being all the rage right now I thought a texture-themed challenge was the perfect chance to pile it on thick!!!

Over to Aimes: Well my mojo had gone MIA for this challenge. I chanted to myself ‘texture, texture, texture’ until I got so desperate that I tidied up my desk! Upon tidying my desk, I found a scrap piece of gold, texture card. Eureka!
