We have a new challenge for you today….very simple, we just want you to make a Thank You card.

Here’s mine….

Recipe: Stamps – In Bloom, Polka Dot Basics & Spiral Bouquet / Card – Hibiscus Burst, Spring Moss & Kraft / Ink – True Black, Ripe Avocado, Hibiscus Burst & Raspberry Fizz / Ribbon – Classic Grosgrain Spring Moss / Other – Martha Stewart Edge Punch

Kates:

Recipe: Stamps – Polka Dot Basics/Everyday Button Bits/Floral Frenzy
Ink – Dark Chocolate/Sweet Blush
Card – Kraft/Vintage Cream
Other – Vintage Cream satin ribbon/Sweet Blush buttons/adhesive pearls/sewing machine

Right, busy weekend ahead, it’s my little girl Jasmine’s Birthday & also we’re celebrating my Brother signing a record deal with none other than….Universal Records!! (I know – bizarre right?) I’m feeling so thankful today for all of my family’s blessings, which I NEVER take for granted.

Card Couture

I had super duper fun playing with one of Lauren Meader’s latest PTI download templates called Card Couture (sorry for the rubbish piccies, photography is NOT my thing)….

I thought the concertina style box would be perfect for storing different occasion cards for those times you get caught short at the last minute!!

There are 5 compartments so I made 4 different occasion cards – Thank You, Birthday, Thinking of You & Get Well (all same style – just different round sentiments), leaving the last compartment for envelopes….

Challenge 4 Scallops

Happy Monday everyone and welcome to a new challenge! Today it’s all about scallops (no not the seafood kind!)

For this challenge we want to see some scallops on your cards – it could be a scallop edge from a punch, scalloped punches or nestabilities, scallops created by lining up circles etc.

Here’s my sample:


Recipe: (All supplies PTI unless stated)

Stamps: With Sympathy/Fresh Alphabet
Ink: Dark Chocolate
Card: Dark Chocolate/Aqua Mist/Vintage Cream
Ribbon: Dark Chocolate
Other: Cuttlebug Swiss Dots embossing folder/corner rounder punch (SU)/scallop edge punch (SU)/brown button/embroidery floss

And Steph’s:

Recipe (all PTI unless otherwise stated): Stamps – Butterfly Kisses & Spiral Bouquet / Ink & Card – Dark Chocolate & Vintage Cream / Paper – Chocolate Remix / Ribbon – Classic Grosgrain Dark Chocolate / Other – Spellbinder Nestabilities

And here’s the prize:


A selection a papers from the Men of Life paper pack and co-ordinating cardstock and ribbon:

-12 sheets of 8 x 8 papers (one of each desgin)
-1 sheet each of Pure Poppy,Spring Rain and Spring Moss cardstock
-1 metre each of Pure Poppy, Spring Moss and Spring Rain ribbon

Your card has to have at least one PTI product on it to qualify. Worldwide entries are welcome but we’re afraid we can only ship the prize within Europe.
